Via files to go public

New York-based on-demand shuttle service and software start-up Via has confidentially filed to go public. The company closed a $130 million Series G round led by Janus Henderson Investors at a $3.3 billion valuation just last month.

Founded in 2012, Via has raised $777.1 million to date and today has over 500 partners, including Los Angeles Metro, Jersey City and Miami.
