Udemy sets terms for its IPO

San Francisco-based online learning platform Udemy expects to price its IPO between $27 and $29 per share, valuing the company at over $4 billion at the upper end of its price range. The expected valuation is a modest bump for the company that was last valued at $3.30 billion when it raised $50 million of Series F venture funding in November 2020 in a deal led by Tencent Holdings.

Founded in 2010, Udemy raised $266 million to date and plans to go public on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol ‘UDMY’.
