Netlify raises $105 million

Web development platform designed to create, deploy, and host websites Netlify has raised $105 million of Series D venture funding at a $2 billion valuation, 18 months after the start-up closed a $53 million C round at a $593 million valuation. The latest deal was led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, EQT Ventures and others.

Founded in 2014, Netlify raised $203 million to date and reportedly has over 2 million developers using the platform.
