Justworks postpones its IPO

Cloud-based business software platform Justworks has decided to postpone its IPO citing unfavorable ‘market conditions’. The company was supposed to go public this week and highlights the pressure for the newly listed companies as the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite index has fallen 4% this month.

Backed by TriplePoint Capital, Spark Capital, Bain Capital Ventures and many other prominent investors, Justworks was planning to raise $260 million in its IPO.
