H2O.ai raises $100 million

Open-source machine learning automation start-up H2O.ai has raised $100 million of Series E venture funding, valuing the company at $1.7 billion. The latest deal was led by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia with participation from Goldman Sachs, Pivot Investment Partners, Crane Venture Partners, and Celesta Capital.

Founded in 2011, H2O.ai raised $246.50 million to date and was last valued at $400 million following its $72.5 million Series D round co-led by Goldman Sachs Growth and Ping An Insurance in August 2019.
