1Password raises $620 million

Toronto-based password management platform 1Password has raised $620 million of Series C venture funding at a $6.8 billion valuation, becoming one of Canada’s most valuable tech start-ups. The latest round was led by Iconiq Growth with participation from Lightspeed Ventures, Tiger Global and Accel.

Founded in 2005, 1Password is now used by over 100,000 companies including big names like Slack and IBM.
